Cisco VoIP Engineer
We currently have an opening for an experienced Cisco VoIP engineer to support our expanding customer base. This represents an outstanding opportunity for Cisco qualified engineers with strong customer facing skills and an in-depth knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications in the SMB market place. You will be responsible for the technical aspect of varied projects including pre-sales planning, deployment, post implementation testing and support. Working within the technical team, you will be required to undertake site visits and liaise with our partners and customers to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
Key skills required include several years "hands-on" commercial experience deploying and troubleshooting multi-site environments from 10-250 users, comprising Cisco routers/switches/voice gateways/firewalls, as well as in-depth knowledge of Call Manager Express v4.x - 7.x, Unity Express and CUCMBE v7.x. The successful applicant will also have a strong working knowledge of WAN/LAN including MPLS architecture and be at least CCNA qualified, CCVP would be highly advantageous. This is a customer facing role where the ability to use your technical knowledge to demonstrate strategic solutions to key stakeholders is essential.
